How do I redeem my Bean Box credits?

Bean Box credits can be applied toward new purchases during checkout.

To use your credits:

1. Add the coffees you'd like to your cart and proceed to Checkout.
2. On the checkout page, find the Payment / Credits dropdown section.
3. Click the dropdown to expand it.
4. You’ll see your current credit balance, along with a box where you can enter how many credits you'd like to apply to the order.
5. Enter the amount you'd like to use and apply it before clicking Buy to complete your purchase.

You can use all or just a portion of your available credits, depending on what you'd like to apply to that order.

Please note:

• Credits earned from purchases expire 3 months after they are issued.
• Credits issued from a canceled order do not expire.
