• Can I purchase a subscription without the auto-renewal, or do you offer set duration subscriptions?

  We do! Anything purchased from our gifts section will not be set to automatically renew. You can find our Sampler Gift subscriptions right here and our Coffee of the Month gift subscription here, both for set durations ranging from one month to one year.

• Do you have an e-card or printable gift card in case my Bean Box has not arrived in time?

  We include a PDF gift card with every purchase that is available in your emailed receipt. You can either send this to the recipient by email or print it to give to them in person.

• How can I make sure that I get my gift in time for Christmas, someone's birthday, Father's Day, an anniversary, etc?

  Not to worry, we've got you covered! • When will I be billed for a gift subscription that I purchased?

  For prepaid gift subscriptions, you will be billed upon purchase for the initial term. For recurring subscriptions, you will be billed the Wednesday prior to your next scheduled delivery.
